Carabid communities (Carabidae, Col.) of common forest sites in Wolinski National Park

This work presents the results of three-year investigations on Carabid communities of five forest site types of Wolinski National Park: fresh pine forest - Empetro nigri-Pinetum, mixed pine-oak forest - Querco-Pinetum, mixed pine-oak-beech forest - Fago-Quercetum, mixed forest beech dominated - Luzulo-Fagetum, fresh beech forest - Melico-Fagetum. A total of 47 272 Carabid individuals representing 53 species were collected and analysed in terms of ecological and zoogeographical traits.
