New beetles (Coleoptera) species in Kaliningrad region (Baltic coast)

A total of 1456 species from 74 families of beetle have been collected in the Kaliningrad region. 83 species - representatives of 24 families - were found for the ever first time in the region (Bercio, Folwaczny, 1979). The history of faunistic study of beetles inhabiting southeastern part of Baltic region and the checklist of beetle taxa new for the region are presented in the paper.
