Abstract
Having analyzed the material of species' types and the description of species the taxonomic status of two taxa of Notiophilus Dum. genus has been changed in this paper. It is proved that N. solodovnikovi Barsevskis, 2001 is the junior synonym of N. semistriatus LeConte, 1857, but N. bodemeyeri Roubal, 1916 is the junior synonym of N. aquaticus (Linnaeus, 1758).
